AR2 Mobile Robotic Optical System

AR2 Mobile Robotic Optical System

Link and operate 3D CAD and Motion Controllers in Real time with the AR2 3D Connect series robot solution package. Combine modules from design to operation using planning simulators. This mobile cart-mounted robot is able to be moved across production cells with minimal setup through it's end mounted camera that reads QR codes to receive instructions on parts placement, tooling insertion, work instructions, and more.

Features of AR^2 System
  • Simple: Shifting the robot teaching data using RGB-D Camera (or 2D Camera) and AR Marker.
  • Easy: Imaging trigger is turned ON from Robot Job.
  • Smart: Identification of AR Marker types (ID) is utilized for processing, such as operation branching.
  • Flexible: Simplicity of setting with dedicated GUI that runs on Windows.
Conventional ROBOT System vs AR^2 System
Conventional Robot System

Coventional robot teaching is based on robot coordinates and individual axis coordinates, making it characterized by the difficulty of handling the deviations and errors in peripheral equipment.

AR^2 System

Using the AR^2 System, the marker reference teaching data will be created, and the position correction using the camera will be possible for any misalignment or error.
