SIPHOREX® is a two-phase air cooling solution which outperforms the classic heat sink or heat pipe cooler. Refrigerant is enclosed inside the brazed plate-fin heat exchanger and components are cooled by way of thermo-siphoning. When greater cooling requirements for electronic devices are necessary, SIPHOREX offers performance comparable to liquid cooling, but uses the simple systems configuration associated with air cooling.
