Temperature Sensors

Mitsumi offers cost effective temperature sensors in a miniaturized surface mount platform for applications requiring low power consumption, small size, and fast response time. Our temperature switches are available with hysteresis function ideal for consumer electronics over-heating protection. These sensors are available with either analog or digital output (I2C) for monitoring applications. For non-contact application we offer infrared technology temperature sensing with low noise and digital output.

Air Flow and Velocity Sensors

Mitsumi offers air flow measurement products for various application utilizing MEMS Calorimetric technique. Our thermal MEMS flow chip coupled with a 24 Bit ADC offers excellent measurement sensitivity and precision.

6-Axis Force Sensors

Mitsumi’s MMS101 is the world’s smallest digital force and torque sensor. The miniature 6-axis sensor measures force and torque in three orthogonal axes. The module consists of a Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) Piezoresistive (PRT) sensor integrated onto a metal flexure along with multiple Analog Front End (AFE) ICs. This sensor is ideal for robotic applications where detection of small forces and torque moments are required.

MEMS Gauge Pressure Sensors

Mitsumi pressure sensors utilize proven Piezoresistive Technology (PRT) on a semiconductor platform integrated with a custom Analog Front End IC to provide highly stable, accurate, and sensitive pressure sensing solutions. Mitsumi pressure sensors are available with ultra-fast sampling time (<500 μs) and high resolution (24 bit). Our cost effective sensors are available in surface mount platform with both I2C and SPI protocols.

MEMs Differential Pressure Sensors

Mitsumi offers our digital differential pressure sensors in both MEMS Piezo Resistive and MEMS thermal flow measurement technologies to cover a wide range of applications.

Tactile Switches

Mitsumi’s high performance tactile and slide switches offer a small, low profile solution that can be easily integrated into many applications. Our new tactile switch line-up includes waterproof products with IP68 protection grade. These robust switches can be used in many applications, such as wearables, medical devices and other consumer electronics. We also offer both top and side-actuated slide switches with self-return functions available.
